His Golds were won in the 5km mini marathon, the 1500 m race and also in Golf. He won a  Bronze medal for coming in second place in the 800m race.Fellow Donegal man, Hugo Boyce from Clonmany, one of the more senior members of Transplant Team Ireland, also enjoyed took part in the Games. Hugo received a kidney transplant 26 years ago.Kieran was met at Dublin Airport by his children Grace and Chloe, and his wife Olivia.
