Responsible Gambling Week starts in Fort St. John

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Energetic City is just one of six communities across B.C. hosting a Responsible Gambling Awareness Week.This is the first RGAW to be hosted in Fort St. John. The initiative is lead by the BC Lottery Corporation, in partnership with the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch’s BC Responsible Problem Gambling Program and Chances Fort St. John.“The more people know, the better equipped they are to make healthy decisions about gambling,” said Mike de Jong, the Minister of Finance.- Advertisement -For the rest of the week, demonstrations for RGAW will be taking place across the city.
