The pandemic has been tough on dividend stocks. Almost half of FTSE 100 companies have scrapped or suspended theirs. Yet plenty of companies continue to reward loyal shareholders by paying generous levels of income.I have picked out three FTSE 100 dividend stocks whose payouts are covered at least twice by earnings. That is a sign they may be sustainable.5G is here – and shares of this ‘sleeping giant’ could be a great way for you to potentially profit!According to one leading industry firm, the 5G boom could create a global industry worth US$12.3 TRILLION out of thin air…And if you click here we’ll show you something that could be key to unlocking 5G’s full potential…Consumer goods group Reckitt Benckiser Group (LSE: RB) has lived up to its reputation for being a defensive stock. After falling in the initial sell off, its share price bounced back strongly. It now trades an impressive 20% higher than a year ago when we’d never heard of Covid-19.Three dividend income stocks I’d buyIt’s actually benefited, as this has increased demand for cleaning and pain relief products, boosting its health and hygiene operations. Dettol was a particularly big seller. First-half pre-tax profit rose £100m to £1.4bn, up 7.7%, with net revenue up 10.8% to £6.9bn. Other areas floundered, as the recently-acquired baby formula business stubbornly refuses to grow. Reckitt Benckiser doesn’t offer a massive yield, just 1.9%. However, management has been progressive, so you can expect growth in future. Cover currently stands at exactly 2.0, which is comforting. It’s one of my favourite income stocks, and not just for the dividends.Data and credit-checking specialist Experian (LSE: EXPN) is another FTSE 100 income stock with a solid dividend, covered 2.1 times by earnings. It’s also one of the most spectacularly successful growth stocks on the index, up 176% over five years. The pandemic has done little to slow its progress. Experian is also up 20% measured over the last year.Experian saw trading grow strongly in July and August. As a result, it has hiked its second-quarter revenue expectations to between 3% and 5%. Its US mortgage arm has done particularly well, as the business shows its “naturally resilient” qualities. As FTSE 100 dividend stocks go, the yield is relatively low at 1.21%. But that’s partly down to its runaway share price success. Experian is now valued at almost 40 times earnings as a result. This is expensive, but also shows how highly investors rate it. You might prefer to buy if we get another stock market crash, when it may be cheaper for a while.Aim to hold for the long termMy last well-covered FTSE 100 dividend stock is a long-term favourite of mine, distribution and outsourcing group Bunzl (LSE: BNZL). Again, the yield is relatively low at 2.04%, but cover is super strong at 2.6 times earnings. After the usual March dip, Bunzl’s comeback has been staggering, with the stock soaring more than 50% over six months. It did scrap its dividend in April, but quickly brought it back as demand for personal protective equipment boosted profits. This should offer some ballast if slowing economic growth hits demand elsewhere in the business.I reckon these three well-covered FTSE 100 dividend stocks merit a closer look. The businesses have solid long-term prospects and I’d aim to buy and hold them for years after the pandemic has passed. Our 6 ‘Best Buys Now’ Shares 3 well-covered FTSE 100 dividend stocks that I’d buy and hold forever

Located in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District, this 1300-square-foot townhouse was converted from a studio on the third floor to a triplex, combined with the adjoining duplex below.Save this picture!Courtesy of Frank OudemanIn the renovation of this 12-foot-wide townhouse, our guiding principle was to improve the quality of light and air flowing throughout, to create an expansive feeling in an otherwise small and narrow space. The primary architectural challenges were to find a way to open up the house to allow light to pass through from the sky to the ground level, to move up and down without cutting up the living quarters, and to eliminate the triplex feeling and to engage the cellar and undo the underground quality of its space. To do so, we needed to design a staircase that would introduce light midway in the structure and engage the living spaces it intersects.Save this picture!Courtesy of Frank OudemanThis triplex townhouse consists of a garden-level living room, a master bedroom suite on the third floor, and a kitchen and dining area on the entry level. In order to create the feeling of a connected space in a multi-level townhouse, we designed a new, open staircase system that eases the transition between movement and rest. Given the 12′ width of building, our solution was a series of steps that cantilever from the wall and float towards the center of the space, allowing light to filter through the risers. The entry level and cellar were cut back from both sides of the garden wall, allowing for a double-story space that meets at a midway point. This solution reduces the feeling of the cellar’s position underground, and also mediates the transition between the middle and lower levels.Save this picture!Sectional Axon RenderingAn angled skylight was added to the front portion of the third floor, which reveals a view of the trees hanging over the townhouse, frames the master bedroom suite from above, and also redirects and filters light down to the lower levels. Meeting with the natural light emanating from the all-glass facade in the rear, the townhouse also opens up into a garden, which connects nature and ‘stretches from earth to the sky,’ as written by Gaston Bachelard in The Poetics of Space.Save this picture!Courtesy of Frank OudemanProject gallerySee allShow lessThis Week in Architecture: Labors of Love, from the Hedonistic to the HomegrownArticles11 Brazilian UNESCO World Heritage Sites That Every Architect Must VisitArticles Share CopyHouses•New York, United States Projects “COPY” Connolly Engineering Architects: de-spec Area Area of this architecture project Year: 2017 ShareFacebookTwitterPinterestWhatsappMailOrhttps://www.archdaily.com/898985/chelsea-triplex-de-spec Clipboard Save this picture!Courtesy of Frank Oudeman+ 22Curated by Fernanda Castro Share “COPY” Lead Architects: ArchDaily Farnaz Mansuri, Principal-Lead Designer United States Photographs: Frank Oudeman Manufacturers Brands with products used in this architecture project CopyAbout this officede-specOfficeFollowProductsWoodGlassConcrete#TagsProjectsBuilt ProjectsSelected ProjectsResidential ArchitectureHousesNew YorkUnited StatesPublished on August 31, 2018Cite: “Chelsea Triplex / de-spec” 31 Aug 2018. He then reminds Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that the U.S. provides more military aid to his Ukraine than many of the country’s European neighbors.Trump’s strategic decision to declassify the documents was a noticeable departure from earlier in his presidency. His White House has stonewalled nearly every congressional oversight document request this year. The court did not immediately demand payment of the bail but it asked fellow-journalists to act as guarantors. All six have been told to report to the Banjul high court again at 9 a.m. tomorrow.“We hope they are being released for good this time,” Reporters Without Borders said. “The repeated imprisonment of these journalists is outrageous and unacceptable. It is as if the Gambian government were deliberately trying to terrorise journalists and press freedom activists. We also fear that the authorities are deliberately trying to ruin them financially be imposing these very high bail amounts.”The six journalists released today, all members of the Gambia Press Union (GPU), were GPU secretary general Emil Touray, GPU treasurer Pa Modou Fall, The Point publisher Pap Saine, The Point editor Ebrima Sawaneh, Foroyaa editor Sam Sarr and Foroyaa reporter Abubakar Saidykhan.Initially jailed from 18 to 22 June for issuing a statement criticising President Yahya Jammeh, they had been jailed again for the same reason on 3 July.———————————————————————————–03.07.2009 – Six Gambia Press Union journalists sent back to prisonReporters Without Borders is outraged to learn that six leading members of the Gambia Press Union, including the editors of two newspapers, were sent back to prison today on sedition and defamation charges. The GPU’s vice-president, the mother of a young child, was also rearrested but was freed on bail. Reporters Without Borders calls for them all to be released unconditionally at once.“We must yet again tell the Gambian government that we appalled by its disgraceful behaviour,” the press freedom organisation said. “This is clearly a ploy by the president to hound the staff of the opposition newspaper Foroyaa and the independent newspaper The Point and force them to close.”Reporters Without Borders added: “The way the authorities play with the lives of these journalists by repeatedly sending them to prison cannot leave the international community unmoved. We appeal to all the organisations of which Gambia is a member, including the African Union, ECOWAS and the Commonwealth, to condemn this outrage.”The six journalists who were sent back to Banjul’s Mile Two prison today were GPU secretary general Emil Touray, GPU treasurer Pa Modou Fall, The Point publisher Pap Saine, The Point editor Ebrima Sawaneh, Foroyaa editor Sam Sarr and Foroyaa reporter Abubakar Saidykhan.GPU vice-president Sarata Jabbi-Dibba, the mother of a young child, was also jailed but was released in the afternoon on payment of 200,000 dalasis (5,400 euros) in bail. The seven journalists have been charged for the past two weeks with “seditious publication” for issuing a statement calling on President Yahya Jammeh to acknowledge his government’s responsibility in the 2004 murder of journalist Deyda Hydara. Their trial was due to be held on 7 July in Kanifing, but was brought forward to today and transferred to the Banjul high court. The additional charge of criminal defamation was brought against them today. They are now scheduled to appear before Justice Joseph Wowo of the Banjul high court on 8 July. The GPU issued its statement four days after President Jammeh gave an interview on state-owned GRTS television in which he denied any government involvement in the Hydara killing. Twitter Facebook WhatsApp Heather Massey is the Regional Director of the Better Business Bureau in the Permian Basin. Check out www.bbb.org or call 563-1880. Jan. 28 is quickly approaching, and you may want to mark your calendars, because that’s the first day you can file for your 2018 tax returns. But, could the current partial government shutdown throw a wrench in your plans? It just might. You may not be able to reach IRS employees with your tax-related questions or if you need information verified, for example, when it comes to securing a loan, you might run into some problems getting ahold of someone. While you may not get answers from IRS representatives, you shouldn’t wait to pay your taxes. They still need to be done on time!Better Business Bureau (BBB) is a nonprofit organization, not a government agency. So, we are here to help get you on the right track! Of course, the first step is finding a tax preparer you can trust. Last year, BBB received nearly 3,000 complaints about tax-related services, slightly up from 2017. The most common complaints allege the tax preparer made errors resulting in fines and fees. Other complaints mentioned contract and billing issues, while some customer reviews related to bad customer service.BBB has the following tips if you’re in the market for a trustworthy tax preparer:Research at bbb.org: Visit BBB.org for a list of trustworthy tax preparation services. Review their complaint history and customer reviews to make sure they’re a service you want to work with.Check credentials: Ideally, your tax preparer should either be a certified public accountant, tax attorney or enrolled agent. All three can represent you before the IRS in all matters, including audits.Beware of BIG promises: Be cautious around tax preparers promising larger refunds than the competition. Avoid any tax preparer who bases their fee on a percentage of your refund.Consider accessibility: Some tax preparation services only set up shop for the months leading up to April 15th. Beware of those temporary shops, because if the IRS finds errors and you get audited, you will need to be able to contact your preparer at any moment during the year.Read the contract: Make sure to read the tax preparation service contracts closely to ensure you understand issues such as cost for the service, how the cost will be affected if preparation is more complicated or time consuming than expected, and whether the tax preparer will represent you in the case of an audit. For more information on finding a tax preparer you can trust, visit bbb.org.If you come across this scam, report it to local authorities and bbb.org/scamtracker. This was by far the largest month-over-month increase of any state from September to October; Missouri was second with 181 percent, RealtyTrac reported. The national average increase in foreclosure filings for October was 15 percent, the highest monthly increase since March 2010.Year-over-year, foreclosure filings increased in Arkansas by 37.9 percent in October, according to RealtyTrac. With a population of close to 2.9 million and slightly more than 1.3 million residential housing units, Arkansas totaled one foreclosure filing for every 1,749 housing units, which ranked the state 28th in the nation, according to RealtyTrac. For October, .06 percent of all housing units in Arkansas were in some state of foreclosure. In all, Arkansas totaled 753 foreclosure filings in October, which was more than four times the total that was reported for the state in September (147). Even with the enormous increase, Arkansas’ 753 foreclosure filings in October still accounted for less than 1 percent of the nation’s total for the month, which was 123, 109.The increase in Arkansas foreclosure filings can be attributed to a spike in the number of notices of trustee sales, which rose from 58 in September to 631 in October, according to RealtyTrac.
